All transfers are by reservation and the rates include taxes, fuel and tolls.

We monitor your flight but if your flight or train is delayed or canceled we kindly ask you to contact us immediately and we will simply postpone the transfer.

No payment is required at the time of booking.(Only a small deposit is required to make sure your reservation)

You will pay to the driver after the transfer, cash or credit card.

The child seat is supplied upon request at no additional cost.

Where you meet the driver?

At the airport: A driver waits for you inside the airport after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it.

Milan Centrale Railway Station: A driver waits for you inside the station in the front of the platform number 15 after the glass doors with a sign with your name written on it.

For other smaller railway stations such as Milan Porta Garibaldi, Varese, Colico, Como, Lecco, Lugano, Tirano, Varenna, Asso, at the exit of the station a driver wait for you with a sign with your name.

In Venice for customers arriving by boat the meeting point is at the Piazzale Roma.

For customers arriving by cruise ships we pick them up at the cruise port.

Hotel, Villa, apartment, Molo, etc: The driver can pick you up at the address you provided during your booking, at your hotel, Villa, Airbnb, Holiday apartment, cruise ship, pier or any other collection point accessible by car. This also applies to your destination. No need to worry about buses, taxis or other connections.
