Where you meet the driver?

At the airport: A driver waits for you inside the airport after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it.

Milan Centrale Railway Station: A driver waits for you inside the station in the front of the platform number 15 after the glass doors with a sign with your name written on it.

For other smaller railway stations such as Milan Porta Garibaldi, Varese, Colico, Como, Lecco, Lugano, Tirano, Varenna, Asso, at the exit of the station a driver wait for you with a sign with your name.

In Venice for customers arriving by boat the meeting point is at the Piazzale Roma.

For customers arriving by cruise ships we pick them up at the cruise port.

Hotel, Villa, apartment, Molo, etc: The driver can pick you up at the address you provided during your booking, at your hotel, Villa, Airbnb, Holiday apartment, cruise ship, pier or any other collection point accessible by car.
